Bards and Basilisks
Welcome to the wonderful world of Bards and Basilisks (sometimes known by another name), where people between the ages of 14 and 18 are invited to step into the roll of a daring adventurer and journey across the land, through dangerous caverns, and over treacherous mountains. Through this adventure, you will create a character, join a party, and solve the problems placed before you. No prior experience is needed to enjoy this adventure, just a love for gold and a taste for daring acts of bravery.
So, the time is nigh! Grab your great sword and your crossbow and come join our adventuring party!
(Please note that all our programs are inclusive, therefore we use some different guidelines than those you will find in some official roleplay literature. We discourage and disallow any stereotyping of any kind pertaining to body size, appearance, skin colour, disability, religion, gender, or language and the game system for Bards and Basilisks has been adapted to reflect that. We will encourage frank, open and respectful conversation about these topics if they come up, but we will not allow harmful stereotypes to be perpetuated in what is supposed to be a fun and safe game world.)
Bards and Basilisks 2026
Embark on a daring mission through the giant manor where you reside. You won't be venturing through dangerous dark forests or troll-ridden caverns, instead you must brave the wilderness under the couch and the dangerous darkness of the basement. Whether you are an elemental Sprite from the Master Bedroom or a brawny Boggart from the Livingroom, your diminutive size will not dictate the scale of your adventure! So grab your sewing needle sword or your skeleton key-axe and join us in protecting the peace of the manor!

Cost: $425 (14 weeks)
